We’re inviting women’s services, community organisations, support providers, social groups, and grass-roots initiatives to join us at The Greens — the heart of our five-day free program for The Orana Every Woman Festival 2026.
From Monday to Friday of festival week, The Greens becomes a relaxed community hub where women and families can connect with services, discover local support, join creative activities, and enjoy a welcoming space designed for wellbeing, belonging, and gentle social connection.
If your organisation works with women, families, or community in any way, we’d love to hear from you.
Dates: Monday 2 March – Friday 6 March 2026
Location: The Greens (former bowling club, Dubbo)
Format: Daily stalls, activities, a pop-up cafe, conversation spaces, and a Community Concierge brought to you by The Welcome Experience of Regional Development Australia Orana
You can participate in one day or across multiple days. We welcome information stalls, interactive activities, demonstrations, conversations, displays, and any offering that helps women connect with local support in an approachable, human way.
This space is designed to feel warm, calm, and community-centred — no high-pressure booths or rigid formats. Just visibility, connection, and genuine support.
How to be involved
Whether you’re a not-for-profit, service provider, health organisation, social program, hobby group, or women’s support network, Free @ The Greens offers an approachable and meaningful way to reach women across the region.
There are multiple ways to participate — from hosting a simple information stand, to running a small activity, to providing resources for our Community Concierge. We are especially encouraging groups that support wellbeing, mental health, carers, family support, connection, creativity, financial health, and belonging.
