The season of enough: A new way to lead, live and belong is coming to Dubbo

There’s a quiet moment many women recognise. The moment when doing more stops working.

When holding everything together becomes exhausting. When success, leadership, and responsibility begin to feel strangely disconnected from who we really are.

Across workplaces, families, and communities, burnout is no longer rare, it’s familiar. And yet the solutions we’re offered are often just more doing, more productivity, more pressure to keep going.

What if the real shift didn’t require more effort at all?

What if it began with slowing down?

The Orana Every Woman Festival Banners (1)

A half-day to breathe out

This March, the Orana Every Woman Festival opens with a rare kind of leadership experience — not about pushing harder, but about leading, living and belonging without losing yourself or exhausting your reserves.
The half-day gathering brings together psychotherapist and wellbeing leader Martine Beaumont and psychological therapist and life strategist Renee Webster, each guiding a different but deeply connected part of the journey.
Together, they offer something many women haven’t been given space for:
time to pause…
to reflect…
and to reconnect with who they actually are beneath the roles they carry.
Martine Beaumont

The generational story of women

Martine Beaumont’s opening session begins with a deep exploration of women’s lives —
who we are, what we carry, and how the generations before us shape the women we are becoming.
As a highly experienced psychotherapist and founder of Select Wellness, Martine’s work focuses on emotional intelligence, mental health, and leadership wellbeing — particularly for women navigating responsibility at work and in life.
Her session doesn’t just look backward.
It opens a doorway forward — toward authentic leadership, meaningful connection, and a clearer sense of self across work, home, and community.
Because leadership, at its most powerful, isn’t performance.
It’s presence.
Rest Reset

From exhaustion to nervous-system rest

Where Martine explores identity and leadership, Renee Webster guides the body.
A local psychological therapist and founder of Life Blueprint Experiential Retreats, Renee’s work centres on somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, and deep internal restoration.
Her message is both simple and radical: rest and clarity do not have to take long.
When the nervous system shifts from constant activation into safety,
energy changes…
thinking clears…
and something deeper becomes available —
a felt sense of enough.

Creativity as a pathway back to ourselves

Across both sessions runs a shared understanding:
Being fully ourselves — expressed, connected, and grounded — is not indulgent. It is the highest form of wellbeing.
Creativity, reflection, and community are not extras. They are pathways home.
The day unfolds through conversation, reflection, breakout connection, and space simply to be  - something increasingly rare in modern leadership spaces.

Why this matters now

For many women, this moment in time feels like a turning point.
Less striving.
More meaning.
Less proving.
More truth.
A quiet shift toward what might be called
the season of enough.
Enough doing.
Enough pressure.
Enough distance from ourselves.
And perhaps, finally,
room to belong.
